2000-2007: Business Consultant.
1991-2000: President of the Harris Group. The company specialized in Print Image Processing software. The company grew to approximately 40 employees; and. was sold to Bell & Howell in 1997.
1988-1990: Business Consultant. During this period I developed the TransFormer (the print image processor) that was the basis for The Harris Group. The product became a unique solution to many business printing problems.
1969-1987: President of DISC Inc. The company specialized in financial software, specializing in Money Management and Compliance software. The company was bought by Hittman Corporation in 1970, and was purchased from Hittman Inc. 1973 by the principals. The buyback was led by me and one other principal.
The company grew to over sixty employees, and had products installed in 95% of the top banks in the US. It was sold to AGS, a NYSE company, in 1984. I remained as president of the company until 1987.
1967-1969: Computer Company: Manager of Technical Staff. The company was a Professional Services company specializing in providing technical services to large businesses with IT needs.
1967-1968: EDS; Worked as a consultant servicing various accounts and providing a wide range of software solutions.
!962-1967: IBM Systems Engineer in Baltimore MD and Norfolk VA. I worked with a number of IBM customers helping them install their computers and maximizing their effective use of their IBM equipment.
1960-1962: Bethlehem Steel. I worked as a Management Trainee.
